Book a Community Classroom

Community Classrooms are generally free to reserve and accessible year round. Available by reservation, these versatile, tech-enabled rooms can be adapted for a range of program types and group sizes.
Please note that only available times will be listed in the dropdown menus.

Booking FAQs

Below are answers to some common questions about the Community Classrooms.

Can my organization book recurring programs in the Community Classrooms?

Recurring programs are an option within a 30-day period. Programs that extend past 30 days will require further review.

Why aren't my requested time showing up in the dropdown menus?

The dropdown menus show available times for each space. If the time is not listed then the room is either booked or not available. 

Do you have tech equipment or should I bring my own?

How far in advance do I need to submit my booking request?

We require 2+ weeks’ notice for classroom booking requests.

Can I have food in the classrooms?

Food is permitted inside the classroom space, but alcohol is not permitted. For classroom catering options please view here.

Does the room come with flip charts or white boards?

The classroom’s dividing wall is a dry-erase board. Please make sure to use the dry-erase pens and clear off any content once the event is over.
