Book a Community Classroom

Community Classrooms are generally free to reserve and accessible year round. Available by reservation, these versatile, tech-enabled rooms can be adapted for a range of program types and group sizes.
Please note that only available times will be listed in the dropdown menus. If a time doesn’t show, the classroom is full.

Below are answers to some common questions about the Community Classrooms.

Why aren't my requested times showing up in the dropdown menus?

The dropdown menus show available times only. If the time is not listed then the room is either booked or not available. 

Can my organization book recurring programs in the Community Classrooms?

Recurring programs are an option within a 30-day period. Programs that extend past 30 days will require further review.

Do you have tech equipment or should I bring my own?

Yes, the rooms are tech-enabled. Click here to read our tech manual and here to watch our tech tutorial video. Please note that using the room PC is the most seamless tech option.

How far in advance do I need to submit my booking request?

We require 2+ weeks’ notice for classroom booking requests.

Can I have food in the classrooms?

Market 57 food is permitted inside the classroom space, but alcohol and outside food is not permitted. For classroom catering options please view here. Catering orders must be placed directly with the vendor.

Does the room come with flip charts or white boards?

The classroom’s dividing wall is a dry-erase board. Please make sure to use the dry-erase pens and clear off any content once the event is over.
