Please join the Brooklyn chapter of the International Plastic Modelers Society and the Gundam plastic model group Sieg Nu York for a day of model building and hanging out. During this event, all are welcome to stop by and hang out with talents scale modelers of all ages as we build models, converse while enjoying each others company and display some already completed models.

During this event, we encourage parents and/or guardians to stop by with their children as we will be holding a “Make and Take” for children of all ages. They will be provided a Free Pokemon plastic model kit to build over the course of 20 minutes. Once completed, they will be able to take the model they’ve just built home to keep. We think they will enjoy the experience of building a simple model kit and the hands-on exercise. The amount of free models we can give out during this event is limited, however, we will give out as many as we can until we run out.

For other scale model builders interested, we encourage you to stop and see how things are going. If you’d like to hang out with us during the event, feel free to bring your own model and hobby tools and join us. If you’d like, you may also bring a model to display and show off. All skill levels are welcome, from the beginners to the experienced builder. We look forward to seeing you there!
