Many migrant families are arriving in New York City with nowhere to go. In this era of mass immigration, keeping family traditions alive is more important than ever. Artists will create mixed-media prints of family stories passed down through generations inspired by Romare Bearden, Tonita Peña, and Carlos Barberena, all of whom share their own immigrant stories through their art.
