Memories are powerful – they allow us to think and reflect on the past, whether we want to or not. Artists will look at works by Lubaina Himid, Angus Fairhurst, and Doris Salcedo and discuss how representation through art can support our memories. Children will visually develop their own recollections of the past and use mixed media materials to show us what’s on their minds.
