Enjoy a free Tai Chi Class every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. or Thursday at 7:00 p.m. with Nancy M. Hoffman, Ph.D., long-time metro area Tai Chi teacher. Nancy has studied a Yang family style with Hubert H. Lui (Chicago/San Francisco) and his students since 1980 (44 years). All levels are welcome! Rain or shine.
